Driving the Strategic Development for Internal Quality Assurance System of Bannongsakar School Under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop and drive the strategic development for internal quality system of Bannongsakar School under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research was divided into 2 steps through the purposive, research. Data collection was done by document analysis workshop technique, connoisseurship, trying out and the assessment. The samples consisted of school administrator, teachers, the representative of basical school boards committees and the experts. The data were analyzed using document analysis, means, standard deviation and content analysis. The results revealed that there were 8 strategic development for internal quality assurance system of Bannongsakar School as follows: 1) Increasing personnels’ competencies. 2) Developing information system with technological information. 3) Enhancing internal quality assurance system with educational standard and school context efficiently. 4) Advance the performance of educational plan and annual operation plan. 5) Improving administrative method to be consistent with internal quality assurance.6) Developing the method of evaluation.7) Advancing the method of quality assurance evaluation 8) Developing school’s performances to be efficient continuously. The driving of the strategies was found that the evaluation of strategic indicators was at the high levels.
