Instructional Leadership of Heads of Departments in Schools Under Sukhothai Primary Education Services Area Office

Abstract
The objective of this research is 1. To study a leadership in head of learning area instructional in school under Sukhothai Primary Education Services Area Office 2. To compare a leadership in head of learning area instructional in school under Sukhothai Primary Education Services Area Office according to types of school and working experiences. The results of the research revealed that: A leadership in head of learning area instructional in school in schools under Sukhothai Primary Education Services Area Office, overall, were at high level. Considering in each aspect, it was found that creating academic environment was shown the highest rank ( = 3.83), followed by, academic administration ( = 3.82), efficiency in professional education ( = 3.75) and professional development orderly ( = 3.70). The result of comparing is as follows : According to types of schools, a leadership in head of learning area instructionals in schools under Sukhothai Primary Education Services Area Office were significantly different at the statistical level of .05. Considering each aspect, it was found that the characteristic in academic administration the characteristic of efficiency in professional education and the characteristic of professional development orderly. A comparison by working experiences as a whole was differently with no significant. Considering each aspect, it was found that the characteristic of academic administration by head of learning area instructional with 11 years and above experiences have a higher leadership skill than head of learning area instructional with 11 years experiences was significantly different at the statistical level of .05.
