ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุโขทัย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุโขทัย 2. เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุโขทัย จำแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาคุณลักษณะในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ ( = 3.83) ด้านการบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการ (
= 3.82) ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาทางวิชาการ (
= 3.75) และด้านการส่งสริมความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพของครู (
= 3.70) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา พบว่า หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการ ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการและด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพของครู เมื่อเปรียบเทียบตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการแตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะด้านการบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการ โดยหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์ 11 ปีขึ้นไปมีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการสูงกว่าหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนที่มีประสบการณ์ 1-5 ปี
