Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. to explore the level of working life quality and the level on organizational commitments, 2. to compare organizational commitments of employees by sex , age , income , marital status , education , duration of working placement and position level, 3. to examine the relationship between the quality of working life and the organizational commitment of employees, and 4. to create the equation of prediction by using the variables of the quality of working life as the predictors. The data were collected from 202 staff as a sample group. The data were statistically analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis. The study findings reveal that the sample group was composed of 202 staff from Skillpower Service (Thailand). The majority of the participants were the level the working lifequality overall was moderate with an average of 3.25. The level of organizational commitment of staff overall was moderate with an average of 3.30. The demographic factors with different incomes and positions had the different organizational commitments at a statistical significance level of 0.05. All 8 aspects on the quality of working life were related to the organizational commitment in the same direction at a statistical significance level of 0.01 The quality of working life on constitutional organization, the balance between work and personal life, and the organizational relationships could predict the organizational commitments of the company staff  (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 68.80 )
