Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. To study current conditions and desirable conditions.   2. To study the Guideline Development for Students Support System of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24. The results of the research were as follows :     1) The current condition of nurturing system perceived of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24 were in the medium level. The desired state of nurturing system perceived of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24 were in the high level. 2) The Presenting the solution development of nurturing system perceived of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24 separated in five aspects :    (1) To get an individual acquaintance with the students, advisory teachers should set up times in management before visiting all the student’s house.  (2) The recruitment aspect, there should be a conference to set up key performance indicators and use various models and tools for collecting the students. (3) The student promotion aspect, found that all schools should continue to organize various activities to respond of students. (4) The prevention and solution the problems, all the divisions who involved in this area should cooperate in solving students’ problems. Establish the parent network and increase the teacher’s knowledge. Manage the exact knowledge and enough time in helping students; enhance the teacher’s role to take care and solving basic problem for students efficiently. (5) The student transfer aspect should provide the problem solution before transferring them. There should be student’s sufficient profile and cooperation with the involved parties. All 5 aspects must be planned to operate the system to help students systematically. Have a meeting to clarify the teacher. Parents and students have knowledge. Understanding Use the information obtained to develop the operation to be more effective.
