Causes of Undergraduate Student Dropout at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1. to study the causes of undergraduate student’s dropout at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University and 2. to find out the guideline to solve the problem of undergraduate student’s dropout at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. The sample of 1st objective consisted of 345 undergraduate students who dropout at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University in 2011-2014. The 2nd objective consisted of 54 dropout student’s lecturers and advisors. Questionnaire used as the tool. The results show that the causes of undergraduate student’s dropout were 1st the students, 2nd the university’s environment, 3rd the family and 4th the surrounding people as ranking. The guideline to solve the problem such as measuring the student’s basic knowledge, guardian meeting, advisor’s system using, learning suggestion from the lecturers, providing the education fund and preparing modern teaching medias for all.
