บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง สาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุการออกกลางคันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร 2. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการออกกลางคันของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 1 คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชรที่พ้นสภาพความเป็นนักศึกษาตามข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ออกเลยและออกแล้วกลับมาเรียนใหม่ ในปีการศึกษา 2554-2557 จำนวน 345 คน วัตถุประสงค์ที่ 2 คือ อาจารย์ผู้สอนและเป็นที่ปรึกษาของนักศึกษาในคณะที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติ และมีนักศึกษาออกกลางคัน จำนวน 54 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สาเหตุการออกกลางคันตามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร ลำดับที่ 1 ด้านนักศึกษา ลำดับที่ 2 ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของมหาวิทยาลัย ลำดับที่ 3 ด้านครอบครัวและบุคคลแวดล้อม และลำดับที่ 4 ด้านผู้สอน แนวทางการแก้ไข ได้แก่ ควรมีการวัดความรู้พื้นฐานนักศึกษา จัดประชุมผู้ปกครอง ใช้ระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา อาจารย์ให้คำแนะนำในด้านการเรียน การให้ทุนการศึกษา มีสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัยและพอเพียง
