Abstract

The objective of the research is to study need of teachers for teacher’s academic development of private school under Kampheangphet primary education service area 1 and to compare need of teachers for teacher’s academic development of private school under Kampheang phet primary education service area 1. Such factors are the teaching level and teaching experiences. The result is as follows; 1. Needs of teachers for teacher’s academic developments are average when consider in every factor at once. The order of importance is as follow: learning management, use of innovation and technology for education, and curriculum management at high level. Evaluation and classroom management at low level. Different teaching level However, it affects the two following factors: curriculum management and, classroom management. Different teaching experiences are however, it affects the use of innovation and technology for education.
