The Synthesis of the Ethical Leadership Components of Administrators of Schools under the Department of Local Administration

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to synthesis of the ethical leadership components of administrators of municipality schools and municipality district schools under the Department of Local Administration. This research consisted of 2 phases. Firstly, ethical leadership components of administrators of schools under the Department of Local Administration were established by research documentations, depth interviews of the admistrators of the subdistrict, district and provincial local organisations. Secondly, the components were validated. The research findings showed that there were six components of ethical leadership components of administrators of schools under the Department of Local Administration: the critical thinking processes and the ethical decision, the honesty, the discipline and the equality, the sacrifice and the public mind, the communication and the participation.
