Abstract

The objectives of this study were to find out quality of working life factors that Affect of satisfaction in the Performance of PhnaknganrachthanthaBangkok Remand Prisonand to study the satisfaction in the PhnaknganrachthanthaBangkok Remand Prison. Most respondents were 41-50 years old, 41.12 had bachelor degree, 48.60% had professional skill level, 30.23 had working experience, 5-10 years, 28.97 and had average monthly income. 20,001-25,000 baht, 29.91 percent. The satisfaction in the PhnaknganrachthanthaBangkok Remand Prison include the performance of the work, the advancement in the work, the amount of work that has been, the process of work and responsibility in the work.The population in this study was 174 of PhnaknganrachthanthaBangkok Remand Prison. And simple random sampling.The needed instrument for gathering data was in form of questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing data were percentage, mean and standard deviation.The results revealed that the majority of respondents were aged between 41–45 years old had education Bachelor’s degree, had Position Professional level, work experience 5-10 years and the average income per month from 20,001 – 25,000 baht. The quality of working life factors of PhnaknganrachthanthaBangkok Remand Prison, the overall at high level. When classification in each aspect found that the quality of working life. Is ranked as one was the opportunity to develop their own capabilities. The second priority is the adequate compensation and justice, the third the opportunity and finally is the working conditions. The satisfaction in the Performance of PhnaknganrachthanthaBangkok Remand Prison,The overall at high level. When classification in each aspect found that the Satisfaction in the performance is ranked as one was the process of work. The second is the performance of the work, the advancement in the work, the amount of work that has been and the finally is responsibility in the work, respectively.
