Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study 1. the history of Leela Lai Sangkalok Dance and         2. the dance steps by using qualitative research methods. The area of studying is in Sukhothai by collecting data from documents and field data from the sample groups, ie, educators and practitioners, research tools that consist of observations, structured and without structured interviews. Then be ready to present as a descriptive analysis from traditions and the way of life of people until it becomes a unique cultural heritage of the country and shows the prosperity for a long time from a career inherited from ancestors to the creative process of dance. A totel of 13 dance dances process. This can indicate the beauty from the art that passes from the dance to conform to the culture caused by Thai wisdom, reflecting the beauty caused by the Sangkalok porcelain pattern and give value to society and culture in order to prolong and promote the heritage of the nation.
