The Quality of Teacher Performance for Local Development: A Case Study of Kamphaeng Phet Province and Tak Province

Abstract
This research aim was to study the quality of local development teacher’s performance In KamPhaeng Phet Province and Tak Province. Population was 165 local development teachers in academic year 2016-2017. The instrument was used the teacher performance evaluation form, both the 5-level estimation scale and the open-ended assessment form. The research found that The overall of the quality of local development teacher’s performance In KamPhaeng Phet Province and Tak Province was at a high level (= 4.06) classified as 1. The quality of the 1st local development teacher’s performance (2016), was at a high level ( = 3.67) 2. The quality of the 2nd local development teacher’s performance (2017), was at a high level (= 4.36) All teachers had got a learning management plan. There were elements that cover the specified criteria, including the Active Learning, teacher skills, coaching and facilitator. Both technology and English were included in the learning management plan. But some teachers could not write a learning management plan that covered the reflection process including measurement and evaluation were not able to evaluate the learning according to their objectives. For learning innovation organizing (activities plan / media + manual) detailed components of innovation, explain and use in teaching and learning clearly also in accordance with the Active Learning process. The development of student development projects in collaboration with the community, there were various projects according to local. There were ongoing projects focus on students to participate in activities with the community.
