Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to study on health and environment supporting factors in the university affecting the life quality of the undergraduate students in Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. The data were collected by questionnaires. The sample group was composed of 112 undergraduate students. They were randomly selected from all 1st – 4th year students in Human Resource Management Department, Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. The researcher used Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient as a statistical method to analyze the correlation between health and environment supporting factors in the university and the life quality of the undergraduate students in Human Resource Management Department. The Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis was also used to analyze health and environment supporting factors affecting the life quality of the undergraduate students in Human Resource Management Department, Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University.            The findings suggested that, based on correlation analysis result,  the health supporting factor was correlated with environment supporting factor in the university at a significance level of 0.05. The strength of relationship was at a moderate level. Furthermore, it was found that the support from peers, guardians, student assistance service, buildings, and places of study had an influence on life quality variables of the undergraduate students in Human Resource Management Department, Faculty of Management Science, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, and the forecasting equation was as follows: Y (Undergraduate Students’ Quality of Life) = 0.764+0.237 (Support from guardians) +0.224 (Student Assistance Service) + 0.209 (Support from peers) + 0.151 (Building and Places of Study).
