Administration Guildelines of Small schools in Suphanburi Province Educational Service Area 3 to Keep up with Changes in the Disruption Era

Abstract

This research study aims to study the administration guidelines of Small schools to keep up with the changes in the disruptive era. The researcher selected the study area by theoretical selection method is a small group of primary schools in the Suphanburi Province Educational Service Area 3. The researcher went to study and collected the data by researcher, studying the documents, in-depth interview and focus group discussions. Analyzing observation documents and taking notes the primary informant is the school administrator. By interviewing 10 administrators of small schools and meeting in a small focus group discussion of 15 administrators of small schools. The results of the study analyze the theoretical trends and educational management styles within the challenging schools in the disruption era. School administrators need to learn and encourage to use a communication technology and computer technology to take part in educational administration in 4 areas are academic administration, budget management, personnel management, and general administration.
