The Enhancement of Basic Knowledge on Classroom Action Research Using a Self-learning Package for Early Childhood Teachers in Border Patrol Police Schools, Suratthani Province

Abstract

The objective of this research were 1) to create and find the efficiency of the self-learning package on classroom action research, 2) to compare basic knowledge on classroom action research of early childhood teachers in Border Patrol Police School both before and after using
a self-learning package and 3)  to study the level of satisfaction toward the use of self-learning package of early childhood teachers. The target group of this research is 7 early childhood teachers in Border Patrol Police School, Suratthani province. The research tools are self-learning packages on the enhancement of basic knowledge on classroom action research, pre-test and post-test,  and satisfaction questionnaires of using self-learning package. The findings are as follows: 1) The result of the creation of a self-learning package was effective at 81.90/82.38 which meets the specified criteria as 80/80 2) The early childhood teachers who learned by
a self-learning package on the development of basic knowledge on classroom action research had significantly higher academic achievement than before learning at the level of .05.
3) Early childhood teachers found that the users were satisfied the highest level.
