A Study of Conditions and Guidelines on Academic Administration of Inclusive Education Programs at Rajabhat University Demonstration Schools

Abstract
This research aims to study the components, to study the conditions, and to study the guidelines on Academic Administration of Inclusive Education Programs at Rajabhat University Demonstration Schools. The instruments used in this study were interview forms and questionnaires. The research found that 1. The results of the study of elements of academic administration found that there were 5 components of academic administration, namely academic planning; Curriculum development of educational institutions in the development of learning processes development and use of media and technology for education and research to improve the quality of education in educational institutions 2. The results of a study on the condition of academic administration found that overall and in each aspect were at a high level. 3. The results of the study on academic administration guidelines found that 1) academic planning Emphasis on parental involvement Plan for educational management under the relevant laws. and giving importance to preparation; The curriculum should cater to children with special needs. Provide a clear course structure and giving importance to network partners. 3) Development of learning processes, making IEP plans and IIP plans to encourage teachers to manage teaching appropriately in accordance with 4) development and use of media and technology for education. Parents and community should be involved. and should seek support for the facilities; and 5) research to improve the quality of education in educational institutions. Should pay attention to glorifying teachers. Develop teachers to have knowledge in conducting research. and should prepare a research plan
