การ ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่จัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนรวม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบ ศึกษาสภาพ และศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่จัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนรวม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัย 1. ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารงานวิชาการ พบว่า องค์ประกอบของการบริหารงานวิชาการมี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ ด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพทางการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา 2. ผลการศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ พบว่า ในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการ พบว่า 1) ด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง วางแผนงานการจัดการศึกษาภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และให้ความสำคัญกับการเตรียมความพร้อม 2) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา หลักสูตรควรตอบสนองต่อเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ จัดทำโครงสร้างหลักสูตรที่ชัดเจน และให้ความสำคัญกับภาคีเครือข่าย 3) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ จัดทำแผน (IEP) และแผน (IIP) ส่งเสริมให้ครูจัดการสอนที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้อง 4) ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ควรให้ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชน เข้ามามีส่วนร่วม และควรขอรับการสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และ 5) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพทางการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการเชิดชูครู พัฒนาครูให้มีความรู้ในการทำวิจัย และควรจัดทำแผนการทำวิจัย
