A Study of Critical Thinking Factors of Aviation Business Employees

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study critical thinking factors for aviation business employees by qualitative research method using documentary research as an important tool. The selection of secondary data includes published research articles, academic papers, other researchers' theses, and related literature. The findings identified five critical thinking factors consist of interpretation, analysis of information, evaluation of arguments, explanation, and inference. The results of this research aim to identify the factors of critical thinking that can be used as a guideline for the development of critical thinking among aviation business employees.
