Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, modified priority needs index (PNImodifies), confirmatory factor analysis and dependent samples t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. Digital intelligence consisted of 8 elements and 39 indicators 2. Need assessment to develop students' digital intelligence have the priority need index value (PNI modified) as a whole of 0.74. 3. The developed curriculum was composed of 7 components; 1) background and importance 2) Objectives 3) principles 4) digital Intelligence structure 5) content structure            6) Learning management process and                   7) measurement and evaluation.
