Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. to study the Promotional Factors Affecting Employee Effectivenessin the Winners 2003 Co., Ltd classified by demographic; 2. to study the levels of Employee Effectivenessin the Winners 2003 Co., Ltd classified by Promotional Factors.The sample in this survey study was 200 employees in The Winners 2003 Co., Ltd. Tool used in this study was a set of questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study indicated that The respondents were male over female. Most of them have married status from 36 to 45 years old. Undergraduate degree The average monthly income was 16,001 Baht. The employee productivity level of The Winner 2003 Co., Ltd. is at a high level. in terms of achieving goals had the highest average, followed by satisfaction and working at full capacity Factors promoting work that affect employee productivity at a statistically significant level of 0.001 were the ability to perform tasks. Team work and welfare at work.
