A Study of Employee Experience Factors Among Cabin Crew of a Full-Service Airlines in Thailand

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine employee experience factors among the cabin crew of a full-service airlines in Thailand. The research was conducted employing a qualitative methodology, applying documentary research as an essential tool. A comprehensive literature review based on the secondary data includes published research articles, academic papers, theses, and related literature. Examining related literature, which includes 3 Thai and 45 foreign literatures, utilizing Scott's documentary research technique (Scott, 1990). The results indicated that employee experience factors comprise physical, emotional, and learning experience. The research findings suggest a strategy for Thai full-service airlines to provide cabin crew with a superior work experience.
