Abstract

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the effectiveness of online learning with flipped classroom teaching method for students in 8th grade (2) compare learning efficiency between the students who learned with flipped classroom instruction with e-Learning courseware and with the conventional method (3) study the satisfaction of the student with online learning Engineering Design Process lessons with flipped classroom teaching method for students in 8th grade. The sample of the study comprised grade 8 students at Phosaipittayakarn school who enrolled in the course design and technology in the academic year 1/2022 collected by Cluster Random Sampling method for 2 of 6 classes that are 30 students per class. The instruments used in this research were 1) online learning on Engineering Design Process for grade 8th students by using Flipped Classroom Model, 2) a quality evaluation form for online learning lessons, 3) a learning achievement test and 4) a Satisfaction survey form of the students learned by online Engineering Design Process lessons. students in 8th grade by using a flipped classroom teaching method. The statistics used to analyze the data are mean, standard deviation and t – test independent group. The results showed that 1) The efficiency of online learning using flipped classroom was found at 86.40/85.28 2) the achievement of students after learning with online learning using flipped classroom was found to be higher than the achievement of students who learned with conventional educational methods at a statistically significant level of .05. 3) The satisfaction level of the students was at the highest level.
