A Study of Learning Management and Characteristics of Science Teachers under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the learning management of science teachers under the Lampang primary educational service area office, and 2) study the characteristics of science teachers under the Lampang primary educational service area office. The research participants consisted of science teachers under the Lampang primary educational service area, totaling 57 individuals, selected through purposive sampling.To gather data, the following tools were used:1) a questionnaire about opinions on science learning management behaviors, 2) a competency-based science teacher characteristics questionnaire, and 3) a field record form of participation in research activities. Data analysis used by mean, standard deviation, The research findings revealed that 1) science learning management of teachers under the Lampang primary educational service area, region 1 and region 2 were in the high level, and region 3 was in a highest level, and 2) The characteristics of science teachers under Lampang primary educational service area in all 3 region that emphasize the competency of science teachers was in a high level.
