ความชุก ประสบการณ์และรูปแบบการใช้กัญชา และปัจจัยทำนายความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดแห่งหนึ่ง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุก ประสบการณ์ และรูปแบบของการใช้กัญชา และปัจจัยทำนายความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 560 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 40 คนได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติสัมประสทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายโดยใช้สถิติการถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความชุกของการใช้กัญชาในผู้สูงอายุคือร้อยละ 22.70 การเข้าถึงกัญชาโดยได้รับกัญชาจากเพื่อนบ้าน ร้อยละ 92.80 รองลงมาลูกหลานนำมาให้ร้อยละ 34.30 ใช้กัญชาในรูปแบบประกอบอาหาร ร้อยละ 13.00 ต้มดื่มแบบชาร้อยละ 11.10 ความถี่ในการใช้กัญชา ใช้วันเว้นวันร้อยละ 26.50 ระดับของความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาและความรอบรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 79.85 และ 103.18 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชา มี 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ความรอบรู้ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล (B = 0.675) ความรอบรู้ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูล (B =0.314) ความรอบรู้ด้านการสื่อสาร (B =0.286) และความถี่ในการติดตามข่าวสารกัญชา (B =0.221) โดยร่วมกันทำนายความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาได้ร้อยละ 36.80 (R2=0.368)
