The Participative Administration with Baworn Approach of Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Bangkok Metropolis

Abstract
This research has the objectives to 1) study the current condition and desired conditions of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Bangkok, 2) to develop guidelines for participatory management according to the principles of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Bangkok, 3) to evaluate the participatory management approach according to the principles of Buddhism of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Bangkok. Use integrated research methods The sample group consisted of 382 administrators, teachers, and people involved with the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Bangkok using a stratified random sampling method. The tools used in the research include a questionnaire with a content validity between 0.60-1.00. The current condition questionnaire has a reliability value of .946. The desired condition has a reliability value of .952. Interview form, group discussion recording form. and assessment form It has a content validity value between 0.80-1.00. Statistics used to analyze the data include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified values, and content analysis. The results of the research found that: 1) The current condition of the Sunday Buddhism Study Center in Bangkok. The overall picture of every aspect is at a high level and the overall desirable condition of every aspect is at the highest level. 2) 11 management guidelines, including (1) participatory management (2) increasing income development channels (3) developing a modern curriculum (4) emphasizing teamwork (5) participating in decision-making and taking responsibility (6) ) Work together (7) jointly inspect and evaluate (8) jointly receive benefits (9) work together efficiently and effectively (10) integrated management (11) manage with morality 3) The results of the evaluation of both overall and individual approaches were at the highest level: usefulness, correctness, appropriateness, and feasibility, respectively.
