บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามหลักบวรของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อประเมินแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามหลักบวรของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 382 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .946 สภาพที่พึงประสงค์มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .952 แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบประเมิน มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของศูนย์ศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการบริหารฯ 11 แนวทาง ได้แก่ (1) บริหารอย่างมีส่วนร่วม (2) เพิ่มช่องทางพัฒนารายได้ (3) พัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัย (4) เน้นการทำงานเป็นทีม (5) ร่วมตัดสินใจและรับผิดชอบ (6) บวรดำเนินงานร่วมกัน (7) ร่วมตรวจสอบและประเมินผล (8) ร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ (9) ทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล (10) บริหารงานแบบบูรณาการ และ (11) บริหารงานอย่างมีคุณธรรม 3) ผลการประเมินแนวทางทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ความเป็นประโยชน์ ความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ ตามลำดับ
