A Study of Knowledge Management of the Hotel Business in Thailand

Abstract

This study’s aim is to investigate knowledge management factors of hotel business in Thailand. Documentary research approach was integrated with qualitative research, and 45 research papers related to knowledge management were selected and gathered using the common factor analysis with factor extraction and maximum likelihood method. The study’s findings indicated four factors, PICS model: process, intellectual capital, culture, and strategy which be applied and contributed to the advancement of knowledge-related knowledge management for the hotel business in Thailand.
