The Development of a Learning Management Model to Enhance Teaching Competency with an Emphasis on Individual Differences for Student Teachers

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current condition and competency level in differentiated Instruction of student teachers. The sampling group consisted of 226 4th year undergraduate students, Faculty of Education, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University in the first semester of the 2023 academic year Being evaluated model by 5 experts 2) to develop a learning management model to Enhance Competency Differentiated Instruction for Student Teachers. There are 3 steps of the research and development processes: 1) constructing a learning management model to Enhance Competency Differentiated Instruction for Student Teachers 2) Being evaluated model by 5 experts 3) studying the qualities of effectiveness of index by implementing with a pilot group of 35 students to study an effectiveness index. The data were collected using leaning model and handbook of the model and questionnaire on the current condition and competency level in differentiated Instruction of student teachers. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: The current condition in teaching and learning arrangements for student teachers overall was at a high level and the competency level in differentiated Instruction of student teachers overall was at a high level Learning Management Model to Enhance Competency Differentiated Instruction for Student Teachers Which is called the “4AS Model”consisted of six components which were 1) Background and importance 2) Principles 3) Objectives 4) Contents 5) Learning activities and 6) Measurement and evaluation. The experts agreed to the quality of the learning management model at a high level
