Factors Affecting the Operations of Hotel and Resort Businesses in Province Phetchabun

Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) to study of factors Service Quality, Marketing Mix of the operations of hotel and resort businesses in Province Phetchabun 2) to study influence of factors of factors Service Quality, Marketing Mix of the operations of hotel and resort businesses in Province Phetchabun. This research is quantitative research. The sample of the hotel and resort in Province Phetchabun. The group sampling was selected 400 of Entrepreneurs, Managers and Employees The instrument was used to collect data were questionnaires. The statistical analysis were mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis were as: The research findings were as follows: 1) Characteristics Entrepreneurs Consisting of the Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy effect to Performance of Hotel and Resort in Province Phetchabun, at the statistical significant level of 0.05, 2) Marketing Mix Consisting of the Product or Service, Price, Place or Distribution, Promotion, Process of Service, People and Physical Evidence effect to Performance of Hotel and Resort in Province Phetchabun, at the statistical significant level of 0.05.
