Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Professional Learning Community of Schools Under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to examine (1) the level of innovative leadership among school administrators under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; (2) the level of professional learning communities in schools; (3) the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the professional learning communities of schools; and (4) the influence of innovative leadership of school administrators on the professional learning communities of schools. The research employed a correlational design. The population consisted of 1,126 teachers under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 during the 2025 academic year. A sample of 291 teachers was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table and selected through stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire on innovative leadership and professional learning communities, with reliability coefficients of .97 and .95, respectively. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that (1) the innovative leadership of school administrators, both overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. Ranked from highest to lowest, the aspects were: Creating an Innovative Organizational Atmosphere, Teamwork and Participation for an Innovative Organization, Innovative Vision, Risk-taking for Innovation, and Innovative Creativity. (2) The professional learning communities of schools, both overall and in each aspect, were at a high level. Ranked from highest to lowest, the aspects were: Caring Community, Collaborative Teamwork, Shared Vision, Shared Leadership, Supportive Structures, and Personal Learning and Development. (3) The relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the professional learning communities of schools under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was positive at a relatively high level, with a statistical significance at .01 and a correlation coefficient of .746. (4) The innovative leadership of school administrators significantly affected the professional learning communities of schools under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at a statistical significance level of .01, with a predictive power (R²) of .554.
