The Effects of Loose Parts Play Activity Provision on Executive Function Skills of Early Childhood

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare the executive thinking skills of early childhood in Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 after organizing creative media play activities. The target group used in the study is boys and girls between the ages of 4-5 years who are studying in Kindergarten 2, Semester 2, academic year 2022, Wat Rat Niyom Tham School. (Phibunsongkhram) totaling 30 plans. The tools used in this study were 8 plans for organizing creative media play activities, consisting of 4 steps: Step 1: Stimulation and preparation. Step 2: Planning and decision making. Step 3: Play. and step 4, reflection and observation of executive thinking behavior of early childhood Quantitative data were analyzed using statistical data, mean, standard deviation. and analyze qualitative data with content analysis and descriptive description. The results of this research showed that Early childhood who receive creative media play activities that have an impact on early childhood executive thinking skills. The results of Phase 3 of the experiment were higher than Phase 1 and Phase 2 From behavioral observation, it was found that children had better executive thinking behavior in all aspects.
