Abstract

This research is a research and development study aimed at developing and evaluating the effectiveness of a Learning Activity Package on Chinese Punctuation Marks based on the Flipped Classroom Approach combined with the Sandwich Feedback Approach for high school students. The target group for this research consists of 33 Grade 12 students majoring in Arts-Chinese at Rittiyawannalai School, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools include: (1) learning activity packages on Chinese punctuation marks based on the flipped classroom approach and sandwich feedback approach, (2) an assessment tool for the ability to use Chinese punctuation marks, and (3) a questionnaire to gauge student satisfaction with the learning activity packages. The data were analyzed using mean (equation), standard deviation (S.D.), and efficiency (E1/E2). The research results showed that: 1) The learning activity package on Chinese punctuation marks, designed according to the flipped classroom concept combined with the sandwich feedback approach, received an evaluation score of 4.76 from five experts, indicating a very high level of quality and appropriateness. 2) The efficiency evaluation of the learning package met the predetermined criteria (81.20/87.40), and the learners who used the developed learning activity package had higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores (pre-test mean = 7.80, S.D. = 2.74; post-test mean = 17.48, S.D. = 2.53). 3) The learners' satisfaction with the teaching method using the learning activity package was found to be at the highest level (mean = 4.61, S.D. = 0.64).
