การบริหารงานของผู้นำตามทฤษฎีรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานของผู้นำตามทฤษฎีรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามถามผู้นำ 152 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสําเร็จรูปทางสถิติ โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่าตามแบบของ Likert และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า (a) ของ Cronbach มีความเที่ยง 0.86 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการบริหารงานของผู้นำตามทฤษฎีรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.65, S.D =0.76) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการควบคุมองค์การอย่างสมดุลอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ด้านการมุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติอย่างมีคุณธรรมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานจำแนกตามเพศ และอายุทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบจำแนก ตามระดับการศึกษาพบว่าในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่มีความแตกต่างกันด้านการกำหนดทิศทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ เช่นเดียวกับการเปรียบเทียบโดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่มีความแตกต่างกันในด้าน การส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์การ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05
