บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง จำแนกตาม เพศ ชั้นปี และคณะที่ศึกษา ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่มีสภาพการเป็นนักศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 398 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) จากนักศึกษา 9 คณะ โดยให้โควต้าคณะละ 45 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 405 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง จำนวน 28 ข้อ เป็นแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และทดสอบกรณีมี 2 กลุ่มใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) กรณีมากกว่า 2 กลุ่มใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง เพศต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ต่างกัน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ที่ศึกษาอยู่ในคณะที่ต่างกัน ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอื่นๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05
