บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการห้องสมุดและอุทยานการเรียนรู้เพื่อนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยพิษณุโลกและแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมให้น่าสนใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษา และประชาชน จำนวน 258 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับตามแบบของ Likert และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า ของ Cronbach, a = 0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารจัดการห้องสมุดและอุทยานการเรียนรู้เพื่อนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยพิษณุโลก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย (
=4.06, S.D.= 0.82) และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้านกายภาพของอุทยานการเรียนรู้ (
=4.26, S.D.= 0.81) มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการให้บริการ (
=4.06, S.D.= 0.82) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ (
=4.04, S.D.= 0.83) และ ด้านคุณภาพของห้องสมุดและอุทยานการเรียนรู้ (
=4.02, S.D.= 0.84) ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือด้านการจัดกิจกรรม (
=3.91, S.D.= 0.81) 2. แนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมให้น่าสนใจและกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองที่สังเคราะห์จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ต้องเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ใช้ห้องสมุดมีโอกาสเสนอแนวคิด และมี ส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดกิจกรรม ร่วมวางแผน และร่วมดำเนินการ 2) ต้องจัดกิจกรรมในพื้นที่อุทยานให้หลากหลาย น่าสนใจ สนุกสนาน ท้าทายความสามารถที่ทุกคนเข้าร่วมได้โดยง่าย 3) ต้องแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการประสานงานเครือข่ายผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์
