พฤติกรรมการสอนของครูประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนา วัดท่าสะอาด ตำบลท่าสะอาด อำเภอเซกา จังหวัดบึงกาฬ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนการกุศลของวัดในพระพุทธศาสนาวัดท่าสะอาด ตำบลท่าสะอาด อำเภอเซกา จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ในด้านเตรียมการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจูงใจและเสริมแรงทางการเรียน ด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูผู้สอนจัดทำแผนการสอนระยะยาว วางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ เตรียมสื่อการสอนได้อย่างเหมาะสม และมีการเตรียมการวัดผลและประเมินผลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 2) ครูผู้สอนมีการจัดกิจกรรมได้เหมาะสมกับเนื้อหาบทเรียน สามารถใช้น้ำเสียงที่ดังชัดเจนขณะที่สอน ให้คำแนะนำกับผู้เรียนในการทำกิจกรรม พร้อมอธิบายให้ผู้เรียนตระหนักถึงกิจกรรมที่ทำ ตลอดถึงครูและนักเรียนร่วมกันสรุปบทเรียนได้เป็นอย่างดี 3) ครูผู้สอนมีการจัดกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายและสนุกสนานเป็นประจำ รู้จักการชมเชยและสนับสนุนเสริมแรงในการเรียน หมั่นใช้คำพูดเน้นให้นักเรียนเห็นคุณค่าที่เรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนหมั่นพัฒนาและฝึกฝนในการเรียน เอาใจใส่ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่อ่อนทางทักษะ การเรียน
