ยุทธศาสตร์การเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชรปี 2561-2565

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการในภูมิภาคของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร ในช่วง 2561-2565 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนตามวัตถุประสงค์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่ายุทธศาสตร์ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ เป้าประสงค์ วัตถุประสงค์ กลยุทธ์ ตัวชี้วัดผลงาน และแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อน โดยมีกลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการมหาวิทยาลัยด้วยหลักธรรมัตตาภิบาล 2) การสร้างและพัฒนาผู้นำและภาวะผู้นำแห่งอนาคตให้กับบุคลากรที่ได้รับตำแหน่งบริหาร 3) พัฒนาระบบและกลไกในการกำหนดและการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ 4) เร่งรัดการทบทวนและปรับทิศทางแผนยุทธศาสตร์ให้สอดคล้องการแข่งขันและบริบทของท้องถิ่น 5) ยกระดับมาตรฐานการผลิตบัณฑิตให้มีคุณภาพและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม 6) เร่งรัดการทำหลักสูตรเชิงรุกในรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย 7) เพิ่มขีดความสามารถการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นด้วยพันธกิจสัมพันธ์มหาวิทยาลัยกับสังคมท้องถิ่น 8) ยกระดับมาตรฐานการผลิตและพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 9) ธำรงและพัฒนางานด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นสู่สากล 10) การพัฒนาการตลาดการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย 11) เร่งรัดการปรับปรุงระบบและกลไกการบริหารทรัพยกรมนุษย์และทรัพยากรทางกายภาพให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล 12) พัฒนาระบบและกลไกในการสร้างความร่วมมือของกลุ่มปฏิบัติการและเครือข่ายภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และ 13) ยกระดับความร่วมมือกับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่เพื่อพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยสู่มหาวิทยาลัยอัจฉริยะ
