รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัย ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรคือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนจากมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 15 มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 3,492 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 350 คน สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามและการประชุมกลุ่ม (Focus Group) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) และวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะทางการวิจัยของอาจารย์ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะทางการวิจัย และจิตวิจัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สมรรถนะทางการวิจัยที่พึงประสงค์ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะทางการวิจัย และจิตวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (PNIModified=0.37) รองลงมาคือด้านทักษะทางการวิจัย (PNIModified=0.32) และลำดับสุดท้ายคือด้านจิตวิจัย (PNIModified=0.23) รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ 1) ส่วนนำ ประกอบด้วย ความนำ หลักการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ วัตถุประสงค์ และสาระการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการวิจัยของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ (1) สมรรถนะที่พัฒนาโดยมหาวิทยาลัย ประกอบด้วย การบริหารจัดการงานวิจัย จัดระบบทีมวิจัย จัดระบบเครือข่าย จัดระบบที่ปรึกษา จัดระบบฝึกอบรม และจัดบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ และ (2) สมรรถนะที่พัฒนาโดยตนเอง ประกอบด้วยความรู้ความเข้าใจทางการวิจัย ทักษะทางการวิจัย จิตวิจัย การพัฒนาเครือข่ายการวิจัย การวางแผนการพัฒนาตนเอง การพัฒนาความรู้ และการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ และ 3) ปัจจัยความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย นโยบายมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และการประเมินผล และรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ในระดับมากที่สุด
