บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่น่าจะส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร และ 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 จากจำนวน 10 โปรแกรมวิชา ในปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยที่น่าจะส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงตามลำดับได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนในการเรียน แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ คุณภาพการสอน สิ่งแวดล้อมในการเรียน นิสัยในการเรียน และเจตคติต่อการเรียน 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชร ได้แก่ เจตคติต่อการเรียน คุณภาพการสอน และความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนในการเรียน โดยทั้ง 3 ปัจจัยมีอำนาจในการพยากรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชรได้ร้อยละ 73.60
