การจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่และระดับการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการภาครัฐแนวใหม่กับการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างในแต่ละกลุ่มโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากประชาชนในอำเภอเขาค้อ 400 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง 30 คน จากผู้นำชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้นำขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เครื่องมือใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก การส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่กับการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศภาพรวมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ปัจจัยการจัดการภาครัฐแนวใหม่ด้านกิจกรรมกระบวนการมีความสัมพันธ์กับการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 ในด้านการสนับสนุนงบประมาณในระดับปานกลาง และด้านการพัฒนาในระดับต่ำ
