การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไผ่ของชุมชนบ้านผาตูบ อำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัดน่าน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไผ่ของชุมชนบ้านผาตูบ อำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัดน่าน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบทชุมชนบ้านผาตูบ อำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัดน่าน ในมิติด้านต่าง ๆ และเพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบรวมถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไผ่โดยคนในชุมชนซึ่งเป็นทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นที่ใช้ร่วมกันในป่าชุมชนมาอย่างยาวนาน โดยทำการออกแบบสอบถามประชาชนบ้านผาตูบจำนวน 143 ครัวเรือน และทำการสัมภาษณ์ประชาชนที่อาศัยในชุมชนข้างเคียงที่มีอาณาเขตโดยรอบติดกับชุมชนบ้านผาตูบ จำนวน 80 ราย รวมถึงการจัดเวทีสัมมนาเพื่อสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำกลุ่มที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรป่าไผ่ เจ้าหน้าที่ในส่วนท้องถิ่น ภาครัฐ และผู้รู้ (Key Informants) รวมจำนวน 13 ราย พบว่า บริบททางกายภาพ ด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของชุมชนบ้านผาตูบที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไผ่ รวมถึงองค์ประกอบด้านต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่ของชุมชน หน่วยงาน องค์กรซึ่งมีส่วนสนับสนุนให้เกิดศักยภาพต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรป่าไผ่ของชุมชน และสามารถสร้างต้นแบบให้เกิดขึ้นแก่ชุมชนที่อาศัยโดยรอบ
