Education in the era of Digital Disruption and the Impact of the Covid- 19 Situation Towards Learning Management in Thai Educational Institutions.

บทคัดย่อ

            Digital Disruption is a change that brings a more efficient approach. Let's destroy the existing pattern. This is a result of the rapidly evolving digital technology. Coupled with the arrival of enormous resources that can be accessed by internet communication that connects the world causing the world to change in all aspects unpredictably whether it is the way of life of people, work, including learning and education systems. The world is full of rapid changes in the system. Education even without the 'Coronavirus 2019' is a catalyst for Thai education that needs to be completely changed. Therefore, it is not considered a crisis that encourages education circles and stakeholders, including teachers, parents, students, administrators, teachers, academics and all sectors to adjust paradigms, processes, methods and ways of thinking to survive. But also an opportunity to review the challenges to move forward using lessons from the international community and adapting them to fit our real context. Learning management model of educational institutions used in the COVID-19 situation in the latter part of the semester is on-site learning management, which used to be the main format. It was mixed with other forms, namely, learning management via television (On-air), learning management via online (Online), learning management by home visits (On hand). Area and risk of infection and for online learning management there are different platforms to use. The management style will vary depending on the area and risk of infection.             Positive effects on learning management were found. Educational institutions have adjusted their plans and goals in educational management. The Internet network system has been improved to be of higher quality. New learning management styles and technologies are used to make learning management more interesting. And new methods of measurement and evaluation are increasingly used. Executives develop themselves to have knowledge and management skills. Teachers learn and develop more technology skills. And teachers change the way of teaching appropriate measurement methods Students spend more time with their families. Students can reduce the time, risk and cost of commuting to school. The negative impact on the learning management system in educational institutions was found that the internet network and communication are insufficient and the signal is unstable. Most educational institutions do not receive funding from their respective agencies. The quality of teacher learning management declined. It is a workload and affects the time of teaching and learning. Teachers are concerned about the new learning arrangements. And the student's academic performance will decline. Teachers lack morale in learning management and operations. Students receive less practical skills training and are unable to participate in study activities with peers. And lose the opportunity to learn from external sources and learning from practice. And parents have to pay for the provision of materials, equipment, media, technology and the Internet for learning.
