บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียภาษามือไทยด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินให้มีประสิทธิภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 2 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอนนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินที่มีความชำนาญในการใช้ภาษามือ จำนวน 2 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสื่อมัลติมีเดีย จำนวน 1 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย สื่อมัลติมีเดียภาษามือไทยด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน และแบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของสื่อมัลติมีเดียภาษามือไทยด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดียภาษามือไทยด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินให้มีประสิทธิภาพ พบว่า สื่อมัลติมีเดียภาษามือไทยด้านคหกรรมศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.51 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านที่ 4 ด้านการใช้ภาษามือ ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.80 ซึ่งมีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านที่ 2 ด้านองค์ประกอบสื่อมัลติมีเดีย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.44 ด้านที่ 3 ด้านการใช้ภาษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.40 และต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านที่ 1 ด้านเนื้อหา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.38
