วัฒนธรรมข้าว: ตำนานและพิธีกรรมกับจารีตของคนไทยภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มุ่งศึกษาวัฒนธรรมข้าวของคนไทยภาคใต้ เป็นการศึกษาแบบลงพื้นที่ และการสัมภาษณ์แบบออนไลน์ เป็นประโยชน์ใน วิธีการวิจัย อีกทั้งเอกสารการวิจัยก็ยังนำมาปรับใช้ในการศึกษา ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า (1) ข้าวในสังคมภาคใต้มีตำนานเรื่องเล่าเกี่ยวกับปมปัญหาระหว่างแม่โพสพและพระโพธิสัตว์ (2) ด้านพิธีกรรมพบว่าคนใต้มีการทำขวัญข้าว การผูกข้าว และบางท้องถิ่นมีพิธีการแห่สังเค็ดข้าวก่อนฤดูการเพาะปลูก และพิธีลาซังตอนเสร็จสิ้นฤดูกาลทำนา และ (3) ในด้านจารีตพบว่าข้าวมีความสัมพันธ์กับคนในสังคมตลอดทั้งปี ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับประเพณี ความเชื่อและพิธีกรรมทางศาสนาและความเชื่อดั้งเดิม
