บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุที่มีต่อต้นทุนและระดับการให้บริการลูกค้า ของผู้ประกอบการมะขามหวานออนไลน์ ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ประชากรคือ ผู้ประกอบการที่ทำธุรกิจขายผลิตภัณฑ์จากมะขามหวานทางช่องทางออนไลน์ ในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ งานวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจำนวน 330 ราย โดยผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น และวิธีแบบเจาะจง การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ตัวแบบสมการโครงสร้างมีความกลมกลืนสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ตามค่าสถิติที่ใช้พิจารณาในระดับดี และ (2) ปัจจัยหลักในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง ด้านการพยากรณ์ความต้องการของลูกค้า สินค้าคงคลังเพื่อความปลอดภัย และเวลานำ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อต้นทุน และระดับการให้บริการ ผ่านระดับสินค้าคงคลัง การวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะให้ผู้ประกอบการในธุรกิจมะขามหวานออนไลน์ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ประยุกต์ใช้การพยากรณ์ที่แม่นยำ การสั่งซื้อปริมาณสินค้าที่ประหยัดที่สุด และการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเวลาดำเนินงานระหว่างผู้ประกอบการกับผู้ส่งมอบ เพื่อให้เกิดความสมดุลระหว่างระดับการให้บริการลูกค้าที่สูงสุด และต้นทุนที่ต่ำสุด
