ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริโภคสินค้าเพื่อการโอ้อวดกับกลุ่ม Generation Z ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริโภคสินค้าเพื่อการโอ้อวดกับกลุ่ม Generation Z ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมี เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้บริโภคกลุ่ม Generation Z ที่มาจากการคำนวณ โดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จากผู้บริโภคกลุ่ม Generation Z จำนวน 347 ตัวอย่าง แล้วนำข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้จากแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ประกอบด้วย การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบตัวแปรคั่นกลาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยการหลงตัวเอง ปัจจัยการเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเอง ปัจจัยการเปรียบเทียบเชิงสังคม และปัจจัยการระบุเอกลักษณ์ความเป็นตัวเอง มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริโภคเพื่อการโอ้อวด ส่งผ่านการได้รับการยอมรับ ของผู้บริโภคกลุ่ม Generation Z ในเขตกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่สามารถทำให้ผู้บริโภคได้รับการยอมรับทางสังคม จากการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการดังกล่าวได้นั้น สามารถดึงดูดให้ผู้บริโภคให้ความสนใจ และมีความต้องการที่จะสนับสนุนตราสินค้าที่สามารถสร้างคุณค่า ตลอดจนสร้างอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อตราสินค้านั้นซ้ำๆ จนเกิดความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าในที่สุด
