บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่สามารถเกิดใหม่ทดแทนได้ ในอุทยานแห่งชาติตามแนวคิดการจัดการทรัพยากรร่วมของออสตรอม โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในพื้นที่เป้าหมายโครงการอนุรักษ์และการใช้ประโยชน์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืนของอุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำตกพลิ้วและอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาชะเมา-เขาวง ผลการวิจัยได้ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่สามารถเกิดใหม่ทดแทนได้ในอุทยานแห่งชาติตามแนวคิดการจัดการทรัพยากรร่วมของออสตรอม 5 ประเด็น ประกอบด้วย 1) การกำหนดขอบเขตพื้นที่โครงการอนุรักษ์และการใช้ประโยชน์ทรัพยากร ธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืนให้ชัดเจน 2) การกำหนดคุณสมบัติของผู้ที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ตรงตามเจตนารมณ์ของกฎหมาย 3) การสร้างกฎระเบียบการใช้ประโยชน์ที่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะการดำรงชีวิตและเป็นที่ยอมรับร่วมกัน 4) การสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่และประชาชนในการดำเนินงาน และ 5) การกำหนดกลไกการจัดการความขัดแย้งจากการใช้ประโยชน์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
