ระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้สู่การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต

บทคัดย่อ
ระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้เป็นระบบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้เรียน และสิ่งแวดล้อมในการเรียนรู้รอบตัวผู้เรียน โดยอาศัยกระบวนการเรียนรู้ แหล่งเรียนรู้ ความร่วมมือจากภาคส่วนต่างๆ และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ทั้งในและนอกห้องเรียนที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ตามศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล องค์ประกอบของระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มคน เนื้อหา ยุทธศาสตร์ ทรัพยากร การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ วัฒนธรรมแห่งเรียนรู้ ความร่วมมือของเครือข่าย และการใช้เทคโนโลยี การเรียนรู้กําลังเปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็นระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้แบบองค์รวม การเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคล และการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้จึงมีความสำคัญต่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต เพิ่มทักษะคนวัยทำงาน การพัฒนาพื้นที่เพื่อการเรียนรู้โดยพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้จึงเป็นวิธีที่สามารถนำไปสู่การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษาเป็นอย่างดี บทความวิชาการนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอประเด็นเกี่ยวกับมโนทัศน์ ความสำคัญ องค์ประกอบของระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ ระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต กรณีตัวอย่างที่ประสบความสำเร็จ และแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต
