บทคัดย่อ
To address the social integration challenges faced by needy students in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi, this study selected 381 needy students, 110 lecturing teachers, 12 specialized teachers, and 4 enterprises human resources managers from four higher vocational colleges as research participants. Through stratified sampling and purposive sampling, data were collected via semi-structured questionnaires and interview guides, followed by quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the group exhibited significant gaps in all seven dimensions of social integration ability (p < 0.001), with the largest gap observed in economic integration ability (student self-assessment gap: -0.44) and the smallest in interpersonal communication ability (student self-assessment gap: -0.24). Teachers' evaluations highlighted far more marked deficiencies in these abilities. This study deepens empirical analysis of social integration abilities among this group, expands the application of social integration ability theory in vocational education, provides targeted empirical support for policy formulation and educational interventions, and lays the foundation for the construction of ability enhancement models and the optimization of higher vocational education management effectiveness.
