บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์รูปแบบการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารจัดการการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในระดับหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA แบบมีส่วนร่วม สำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2) พัฒนาคู่มือการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศฯ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้คู่มือฯ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือ จำนวน 9 คน และอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรที่ร่วมทดลองใช้คู่มือ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการพัฒนาคู่มือฯ ได้คู่มือปฏิบัติงานที่ครอบคลุมกระบวนการบันทึก รายงานผล และวิเคราะห์ตามตัวชี้วัด 53 ข้อผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการทดลองใช้คู่มือฯ พบว่า ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความพึงพอใจและมีความเห็นต่อประสิทธิผลของการใช้คู่มืออยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะในด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งาน การจัดเก็บหลักฐานที่เป็นระบบ และความสอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติงานจริง
